How do I submit my Personal Profile to a job?
First complete the Personal Profile form and obtain your GreenPass. Then check the jobs posted and select those that interest you. You will find easy to follow instructions and may submit your Personal Profile to more than one job.
How long will my Personal Profile remain active?
Once set up, your Personal Profile and GreenPass will remain active for 120 days, unless you notify us otherwise. You will be notified one week prior to the date of deactivation. To extend your activation, simply access your Personal Profile, make any desired changes and/or simply click on the Submit button and your Personal Profile will be automatically extended another 120 days.
Why do I need a GreenPass to view or edit my Personal Profile?
Your GreenPass ensures your information will remain secure and confidential. In addition, your GreenPass is used to view and edit your Personal Profile and enables you to extend the original 120 day period of time your Personal Profile remains active.
Can hiring managers view the information in my Personal Profile?
The information in your Personal Profile is never shared with potential employers without you directly submitting it to them for a specific job opportunity they have posted. However, you have the option to authorize GreenMatchMaker.com® to share your Personal Profile automatically with GreenMatchMaker.com® Registered Employers. You can select this option on your Personal Profile Form.
When will I receive a response from the employer regarding a job I apply to?
This depends upon your qualifications and employment background. Generally, the more closely your background matches what the employer is looking for, the better the response. Always highlight your accomplishments! You can update your Personal Profile information at any time.
How will companies contact me?
If they're interested, employers will use the contact information on the Personal Profile you submitted to them.
I have lost my GreenPass identification. . . how can I get it?
Go to the GreenMatchMaker.com® Home Page and access the "Forgot GreenPass?" link. Your GreenPass information will be emailed to you after your email address is verified.
